Designation: Business Procurement Manager
Experience: 5–8 years in Govt EPC sectors
Education: B.E./M.Tech (Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Civil preferred)
Location: Bhopal
Reporting: Director – WEPL / VP Automation – LCES

Primary Responsibilities

  • Identify high-value tenders in:
  • SCADA & Automation for Water/Urban/PHED
  • Electrical Substation Automation
  • Smart Metering and Smart Grid
  • Railway Electrification & Signalling
  • Mining automation & Industrial Control
  • Lead PQ, EOI, RfQ response preparation including compliance mapping
  • Review DPR/RFP/BOQ & develop winning bid strategy
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with WRD, PHED, MPSEB, PWD, Railways, Coal India, NMDC, Smart City SPVs & other PSU/Departments
  • Evaluate OEM partners for PLC, RTU, Telemetry, VFDs, Flowmeters, Switchgears, sensors etc.
  • Coordinate with technical, finance & legal teams for final submission
  • Monitor Govt portals regularly and update bid pipeline
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly tender acquisition milestones

Skills Required

  • Govt procurement rules (GFR-2017), EPC contracting norms
  • Detailed understanding of IA/PLC/RTU/SCADA & substation systems
  • Proposal negotiation, inter-departmental communication
  • Risk analysis & techno-commercial evaluation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,209.67 - ₹45,005.91 per month
