You’ll be responsible for driving results in a complex, cross-functional, and multi-vendor environment.

  • Lead full project lifecycle activities — from initiation to successful delivery — ensuring scope, timeline, and quality objectives are met.
  • Oversee financial planning and budgeting, including cost estimation, forecasting, and variance management.
  • Track project budgets, control costs, and optimize resources to deliver measurable business value.
  • Collaborate with finance teams on spend tracking, ROI reporting, and benefit realization.
  • Drive organizational change management for smooth adoption of new tools, processes, and systems.
  • Facilitate collaboration across business, technology, and operations teams.
  • Manage relationships with multiple vendors to ensure accountability and cohesive delivery.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project and financial risks while ensuring governance and compliance.
  • Prepare executive-level reports and presentations for leadership updates.
  • Support business case development with cost-benefit and scenario analyses.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Management (MBA preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in business project management within insurance, financial services, or consulting sectors.
  • Proven track record in project financial management, including budgeting and financial reporting.
  • Strong experience in roadmap planning, change management, and stakeholder governance.
  • Demonstrated success managing large-scale, multi-vendor projects.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet, Power BI, and Excel.
  • Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or Agile preferred.
