We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business & Quality Systems Analyst to join our innovative team. Specializing in the intersection of Business Analysis and Quality Engineering. Proven track record in leading end-to-end project lifecycles for high-scale enterprise systems, including successful migrations and cloud environment transitions. Expert at transforming ambiguous business needs into high-fidelity technical specifications while ensuring zero-defect delivery through advanced manual and automated testing frameworks.In this pivotal role, you will drive the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of business and quality systems that underpin our operational excellence. Your expertise will ensure that our systems are robust, scalable, and aligned with industry best practices, enabling us to deliver exceptional value to our clients and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Requirement Lifecycle Management: Lead the elicitation, analysis, and documentation of mission-critical requirements through stakeholder workshops, interviews, and process flow mapping.
- High-Value Documentation: Author and maintain comprehensive project artifacts including Business Requirement Documents ($BRD$), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and detailed Use Case Models.
- Agile Product Ownership: Partner with Scrum Masters to manage product backlogs, decomposing large epics into testable User Stories with rigorous Acceptance Criteria.
- Gap & Interface Analysis: Conduct thorough research to identify system bottlenecks and develop recommendations for process optimization and automation.
- UAT Leadership: Direct Lead-level User Acceptance Testing (UAT), serving as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical development teamsA
- Multi-Layered Testing: Design and execute complex testing strategies encompassing Functional, Regression, Integration, and System-to-System validation.
- Backend Data Validation: Utilize advanced SQL to perform deep-dive data integrity checks, ensuring source-to-target accuracy during large-scale database migrations.
- Automation Frameworks: Develop and maintain scalable automated regression suites using Python and Selenium WebDriver to reduce manual effort and accelerate release cycles.
- API & Middleware Testing: Validate RESTful and SOAP service integrations using Postman and SoapUI to ensure robust data exchange across enterprise platforms.
- Defect Lifecycle Management: Oversee the identification, prioritization, and resolution of system defects within JIRA, ensuring high-quality system readiness for production.
- Oracle ERP Cloud: Execute functional and regression testing for Oracle ERP Cloud modules to ensure seamless legacy integration.
- CI/CD Pipeline: Support DevOps practices by integrating continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using tools like Jenkins and Git; facilitate system automation through scripting languages including Python, Bash, PowerShell, and Ruby on Rails.

- The successful candidate brings a robust command of Enterprise Systems, demonstrating deep proficiency in Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle EBS, and SQL Server to manage large-scale business operations. (Must)
- Their expertise in Automation & QA is anchored by hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver, Python (Intermediate), and PyTest, all managed within an Agile JIRA environment.
- In the realm of Data and Business Intelligence, they possess advanced SQL capabilities for ETL validation and are skilled in transforming raw data into actionable insights through Power BI and Tableau.
- Their technical depth extends to API Testing, where they exhibit mastery of Postman, SoapUI, and RESTful/SOAP validation to ensure seamless system integrations.
