Job Purpose:
lead and manage efficiency the grow in MSB segment in terms of liabilities, Fees and customer experience from existing and new clients.
Responsibilities :

Carrying out performance reviews

Manage the flow of day-to-day operation

Analyzes and target opportunities to increase outcomes of his portfolio

Proposing enhancements to existing products / relationships

Managing a diverse portfolio of MSB client to increase the relation with the bank

Visit potential new clients and spends substantial time on new business development

Meets potential new clients and spends substantial time on new business development.

Makes frequent visits to clients' offices to establish strong relationships and keep track of developments

Cross sell other corporate products and bank products

Ensuring the performance of the staff is of a high standard
Qualifications & Job-Specific Skills :

5 - 8 years of experience

Basic financial and risk analysis

Familiarity with regulatory guidelines

Awareness of banking industry; general trends and computer literate
