Business Reporting Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled analyst to join our Business Solutions team.

The ideal candidate must have strong advanced Excel skills and excellent English communication, with the ability to analyze and manage data with high accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily data analysis, validation, and quality assurance.

• Develop performance dashboards and executive reports using Excel & Power BI.

• Prepare weekly and monthly KPI reports (resignations, terminations, vacancies, onboarding rates, headcount, complaints…etc.).

• Coordinate with internal teams (HR Operations, Recruitment, PMO, GR, Quality) to ensure smooth workflow.

• Clean, classify, organize, and structure data to support decision-making.

• Manage datasets and ensure accuracy and reliability in reporting outputs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Data Analysis, Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field.

• Advanced Excel skills (mandatory).

• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).

• Strong abilities in data cleaning, KPI reporting, and data visualization.

• Experience with Power BI is an advantage.

• Ability to handle large datasets and produce accurate dashboards.
