About the Role:
We are hiring an experienced and motivated Marketing & Sales Executive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the recycling and waste management sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct market research and prepare sales strategies.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of B2B field sales experience (preferably in recycling, scrap, waste management, or logistics).
• Strong knowledge of the UAE market.
• Must have a valid UAE driving license and own vehicle.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English, Arabic is an advantage.

Salary and Benefits:

• AED 5,000 per month
• Attractive incentives and commission structure
