Business Sales Executive

India

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell dental consumables, equipment, and materials to clinics, hospitals, and dental institutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with dentists, distributors, and key decision-makers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and participate in dental exhibitions, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Generate new leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into active customers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and payment collection.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies.
  • Prepare daily visit reports, maintain CRM data, and update management regularly.

Requirements:

  • 2–6 years of field sales experience in dental, medical, or healthcare products.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, CRM tools).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
