Business Services and Budget Analyst

Under the direction of the Director, Fiscal Services, performs a variety of specialized accounting duties to assist in the preparation, analysis and maintenance of designated budgets; evaluates and projects annual income and expenditures to determine budget requirements; researches, compiles financial data; prepares, maintains and assures accuracy of related budgetary and financial records and reports. ****With a Promotional/Open recruitment, two eligibility lists are established, a promotional list and an open list. The promotional list is given priority over the open list. For each vacancy, the open list will be considered if there are less than three interested eligible ranks on the promotional list.**** An examination will be given to establish an eligibility list for the position of Business Services/Budget Analyst in order to fill current and future vacancies. This position is 8 hours/day, 12 months. This list will be valid for six (6) months. Faxed materials are not acceptable.
