Are you an experienced professional in UAE company incorporations?

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with comprehensive knowledge of mainland and freezone setups to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and submit all necessary documents for company incorporation to government authorities (DED) and freezones.
- Advise clients on company structure, visa options, and office/warehouse lease choices. - - Handle all legal documents, including business proposals, board resolutions, and attestations.
- Maintain strong relationships with government officials and freezone authorities.
- Manage the incorporation timeline and ensure all tasks are completed on time.
- Stay updated on legal changes and government policies impacting the business.
- Travel to client locations and government/freezone offices as required to facilitate processes.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in UAE company incorporation, amendments, and re-domiciliation.
- Knowledge of legal structures and incorporation processes for mainland and freezones. - Strong communication skills with authorities and clients.
- Ability to prepare and organize legal documentation.
