The Role

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Setup Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will guide clients through every aspect of setting up a business in the UAE—offering expert insights, tailored solutions, and hands-on support throughout the incorporation process.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert consultation on UAE business structures (Free Zone, Mainland, Offshore)
• Manage end-to-end company formation processes including registration, licensing, and renewals
• Coordinate efficiently on immigration services such as residency visas and work permits
• Advise on UAE tax regulations, including VAT registration, filing, and audits
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory frameworks and free zone policies
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships through exceptional service delivery

Candidate Profile

• Proficient in Hindi, Urdu and English (Arabic is a plus)
• Strong understanding of UAE business setup procedures and government authorities (Meydan, RAKEZ, SPC, Ajman Free Zone, etc.)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines
• Prior experience in business consulting, corporate services, or company formation is highly desirable
