Role Description:

Ashlik Business Setup Services is seeking an experienced Business Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of UAE business regulations, particularly in Mainland and Freezone jurisdictions, and will be responsible for guiding clients through the complex process of business establishment and growth in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert consultation on business setup options in UAE Mainland and various Freezones
• Guide clients through the complete business registration and licensing process
• Develop customized business strategies based on client requirements and market conditions
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE business laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government authorities and regulatory bodies
• Coordinate with legal, financial, and administrative teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and documentation for clients
• Monitor industry trends and provide insights on business opportunities

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years of experience in business consultancy within the UAE market
• Strong knowledge of UAE Mainland business setup procedures and regulations
• Comprehensive understanding of various UAE Freezone authorities and their requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Proven track record of successful business setups and client satisfaction
