Business Setup Advisor

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Business Setup Advisor to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of UAE company formation procedures, excellent sales and client handling skills, and the ability to guide clients through the complete business setup process.

The candidate must be confident in handling leads, explaining licensing options, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on UAE company formation structures
• Consult clients on Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore setups
• Understand client business activities and recommend suitable jurisdictions
• Conduct client consultations and convert leads into closed deals
• Build long-term relationships with entrepreneurs and investors
• Prepare proposals and business setup quotations
• Coordinate with internal operations and compliance teams
• Maintain strong CRM discipline and follow-up management
• Cross-sell company services including:
• Golden Visa
• Accounting & bookkeeping
• Legal advisory
• Corporate banking assistance
• Tax & compliance services
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

Requirements

• Previous experience in UAE business setup or corporate services
• Strong sales and client relationship management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Strong understanding of UAE company formation structures
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• CRM experience preferred
• Fluent English required
• Additional languages are considered a strong advantage
