#Key Responsibilities:
- UAE experience as a Business Setup Advisor / Business Consultant
- Must have knowledge about Setting up Business in Dubai Mainland or UAE Freezone License (SPC , SHAMS, RAKEZ, MEYDAN, IFZA, DMCC, DIFC, ADGM etc )
- Processing mainland and free zone visas, golden visa, etc
- Handling the Amendments for the client’s company and efficient in preparing the documentations
- Must be efficient in email drafting and excel.
- Strong follow up skills with the authority to ensure work completion before time.
- Plan, organize and manage business Proposals for clients
- Based on clients' requirement, Prepare Proposals by using our automated proposals portal for Dubai Mainland and UAE Freezones
- Communicate with and meet with clients when needed
- Manage end-to-end company formation processes, from initial planning and documentation to final registration and licensing, ensuring compliance with relevant authorities and regulatory bodies.
- Liaise with government agencies, free zone authorities, and other stakeholders to expedite company setup procedures and obtain necessary permits, visas, and approvals on behalf of clients.
- Constantly recommend solutions for improvement

# Qualifications:
- Company secretary or CA (inter)
- Minimum 1-2 year of experience in the same position.
- Proven experience as a business setup consultant or advisor in Dubai, with a strong understanding of free zones, mainland, and offshore company formation processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in business setup software, Freezone portal systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
