Role Overview

The Business Setup Advisor (Sales) is responsible for guiding clients through the process of establishing businesses within the UAE (Free Zone, Mainland, and Offshore setups).

This role focuses on lead conversion, client advisory, documentation handling, and coordinating with government authorities to ensure smooth company formation.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and convert leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person consultations.

Provide accurate guidance on UAE business setup options, license types, jurisdictions, and regulatory requirements.

Prepare and present tailored business setup proposals to potential clients.

Maintain strong product knowledge of all services offered by Eagle Wings (visa services, PRO services, corporate bank account assistance, local sponsor arrangements, etc.).

Manage CRM updates, follow-ups, client onboarding, and documentation collection.

Coordinate with internal PRO/government relations team for approvals and updates.

Achieve monthly revenue and sales targets.

Build and maintain long-term client relationships by offering exceptional customer service.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in UAE business setup services (preferred).

Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.

Deep understanding of UAE Free Zones, Mainland regulations, and licensing structures.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Excellent English Skills.

Confident, professional, and customer-focused personality.

Job Type: Full-time
