Business Setup Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a young, energetic & customer-focused Business Setup Advisor to assist clients with setting up and registering their businesses. The ideal candidate will provide guidance on legal structures, documentation, compliance requirements, and ensure a smooth registration process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on suitable business structures (sole proprietorship, LLC, corporation, etc.) based on their needs and local regulations
  • Assist clients in preparing and filing business registration documents with the appropriate government agencies
  • Guide clients through licensing, permits, and tax registration processes
  • Provide information on compliance requirements, renewals, and ongoing obligations
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, forms, and filings
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders (lawyers, government offices, etc.)
  • Keep up to date with changes in business registration laws and regulations
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support throughout the registration process

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
  • Experience in business setup, legal, or compliance services
  • Strong understanding of local company formation and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
  • Proficiency with office software and online government portals

Working Conditions:

  • Office-based environment with occasional travel to government offices or client locations
  • Standard business hours; flexibility may be required during peak periods
