Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Setup Consultant with at least 2 years of experience in the UAE market. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of UAE company formation procedures, including mainland, free zones, and offshore jurisdictions, and will be responsible for guiding clients through every step of setting up and growing their businesses in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on the most suitable business setup options based on their requirements (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore).
• Manage the entire business setup process, including:
• Company registration
• Trade license applications and renewals
• MOA drafting and notarization
• Government approvals and permits
• Coordinate with relevant government departments such as DED, MOHRE, GDRFA, Chamber of Commerce, and municipality authorities.
• Assist with UAE visa processing, establishment card issuance, labor and immigration card processing.
• Prepare and submit legal documents and forms to authorities on behalf of clients.
• Stay updated on changes in UAE laws and regulations related to business formation.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure excellent customer service and retention.
• Maintain accurate records of client transactions and company formation documentation.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as PROs, legal advisors, and accountants.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Setup Consultant or similar role in the UAE.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE business laws, free zone structures, and regulatory procedures.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver within tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Fluent in English; Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Experience working with major UAE free zones such as DMCC, RAKEZ, IFZA, Dubai South, or Sharjah Media City.
• Understanding of VAT registration and corporate banking procedures in the UAE.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
