Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Business Setup Consultant, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role involves guiding clients through the process of business setup, developing tailored corporate solutions, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include consulting with clients, providing management advisory services, assisting with government-related procedures, and offering support across business licensing and company formation processes. Maintaining strong professional relationships with clients and ensuring seamless communication are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Finance understanding related to business setup and corporate structuring
• Proven experience in Consulting and Management Consulting roles
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to navigate regulatory frameworks and a thorough knowledge of business laws and procedures in the UAE
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or relevant field; a Master's degree is a plus
• Proficiency in time management and organizational skills
• Previous experience in offshore company formation or free zone company setup is an advantage
