Business Setup Consultant

We are looking for a Business Setup Consultant with experience in UAE company formation to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling client consultations, converting leads, managing company formation processes, and promoting additional corporate services.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on the best business setup option: Mainland, Free Zone, or Offshore
• Explain setup costs, timelines, and requirements clearly
• Convert leads into clients through professional consultation and follow-up
• Manage client communication through WhatsApp and internal platforms
• Handle the company formation process from start to finish
• Coordinate with Free Zones, DED, and other authorities
• Ensure documents are accurate, complete, and submitted on time
• Promote additional services such as visas, bank account assistance, VAT, and renewals
• Maintain updated client records, CRM entries, and KYC documentation
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Support Arabic translation and marketing content when needed

Requirements

• Experience in UAE business setup / company formation
• Strong sales, communication, and client management skills
• Good understanding of Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore structures
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple clients
• Experience using CRM tools and internal trackers
• Arabic language skills are an advantage
