Role Overview

As a Business Consultant Executive, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the entire UAE business setup process—mainland & free zone company formation, documentation, visa processing, and related services. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients choose the right structure and ensuring smooth onboarding.

This is a target-driven role with great earning potential through commissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage with potential clients across UAE & international markets.
• Provide consultation on business setup options (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore).
• Understand client requirements and suggest the best jurisdiction, activity, and license structure.
• Explain complete pricing, procedures, timelines, and required documentation.
• Manage leads, follow-ups, and CRM updates consistently.
• Coordinate with PRO and operations team for document collection, government submissions, and visa processing.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to support renewals, upsell services, and referrals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Represent Noble Core professionally across calls, meetings, and events.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 –4 years of experience in UAE business setup or related sales roles (banking, insurance, real estate, credit cards).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to convert leads through persuasive, structured communication.
• Good understanding of UAE licensing, free zones, and compliance processes (preferred).
• Must be proactive, target-driven, and motivated by commissions.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiar with CRM tools (Zoho experience is an advantage).
• Fluent in English and Arabic is must.
