Business Setup Consultant (English + Hindi/Malayalam/Arabic) – Dubai | 2+ Years Experience

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Business Setup Consultant / Sales Advisor to join our growing team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of UAE company formation, business licensing, and government procedures. If you are confident, persuasive, and passionate about sales — this is your opportunity to grow with us.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads for business setup services in the UAE
• Consult clients on Mainland, Freezone, and Offshore company formation
• Advise clients on trade licenses, visa processing, Ejari, corporate tax, VAT, and PRO services
• Follow up with potential clients and close sales efficiently
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Maintain CRM records and client database
• Coordinate with internal processing team for smooth execution

Required Skills

• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of UAE business setup procedures
• Ability to handle objections and close deals
• Customer-focused and result-oriented mindset
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office & CRM systems
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in UAE Business Setup / Corporate Services / Consultancy Sales
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Multilingual candidates (English + Hindi / Malayalam / Arabic) will be given preference
