We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Setup Consultant – Team Lead to join our growing consultancy. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in UAE business setup sales and the ability to lead, train, and close with a sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Business Setup Consultants
- Handle inbound and outbound leads and close high-value deals
- Guide clients on Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company formation
- Ensure targets are achieved on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Train, motivate, and monitor team performance
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Coordinate with PRO and operations teams for smooth execution
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
Requirements
- Minimum Graduation (Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years of UAE Business Setup Sales experience (Mandatory)
- UAE experience is compulsory
- Previous team-leading or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of UAE trade licenses, visas, and business setup procedures
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
- Mandatory fluent English speaking
