Business Setup Executive – DED Mainland

We are seeking a Business Formation Executive experienced only in DED license-related work for Dubai Mainland companies. The role focuses on trade license processing, approvals, renewals, and amendments, without visa or immigration responsibilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle Dubai Mainland trade license processing
• Manage DED trade name reservation and initial approvals
• Prepare and submit documents for new license issuance
• Process license renewals, amendments, and cancellations
• Coordinate with DED and related authorities for approvals
• Advise clients on business activities and license types
• Ensure compliance with DED regulations
• Maintain accurate records of license applications and approvals
• Follow up to ensure timely completion of license work

Required Skills & Qualification

• Good communication skills in English & Hindi
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Customer Handling and Good Behavior

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
