Business Setup Manager

We are looking for an experienced Business Setup Manager with strong expertise in both Mainland and Free Zone company formations. The ideal candidate will confidently manage the end-to-end setup process, advise clients on jurisdictions and license types, and ensure smooth coordination with government and free zone authorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full company formation processes (Mainland & Free Zone)

• Advise clients on structures, jurisdictions, and licensing options

• Liaise with authorities (DED, MOHRE, Immigration, DMCC, DAFZA, IFZA, RAKEZ, etc.)

• Guide clients on documentation for licenses, visas, and bank accounts

• Ensure compliance with UAE laws and policy updates

• Maintain records and provide transparent client communication

Requirements

• 2–3 years’ experience in UAE Mainland & Free Zone business setup

• Strong knowledge of licensing procedures and government authorities

• Excellent advisory, communication, and client management skills

• Ability to manage multiple cases with accuracy and detail

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and documentation handling

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
