Job Description:
Smart Biz is looking for a motivated and experienced Business Setup Manager to lead and manage our client advisory and company formation services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing business setup operations, guiding clients through the process, and ensuring that each setup aligns with their business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the business setup team in handling client requirements across Free Zones, Mainland, and Offshore jurisdictions.
- Advise clients on the best setup options tailored to their goals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE laws, rules, and government regulations related to business setup.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Oversee and ensure the achievement of monthly sales targets.
- Drive lead generation activities and manage conversion strategies.
- Liaise with government and licensing authorities for documentation and approvals.
- Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to team members to ensure high performance.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of proven experience in business consultancy, corporate services, or a related field (UAE experience strongly preferred).
- Prior experience in a managerial or supervisory role is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of UAE business laws and jurisdictions.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
- Fluency in English (Arabic and other languages are a plus).
