Job Overview

SMS Consultancy is hiring an experienced Business Setup Consultant with a minimum of 0- 2 years of UAE business setup experience. The role focuses on advising clients on UAE mainland and free zone company formation, licensing, compliance, and post-setup services.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult clients on UAE business setup, including mainland company formation and free zone licenses
• Advise on trade license types, business activities, legal structures, and ownership rules
• Prepare business setup proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
• Coordinate with PRO services, compliance teams, and government authorities.
• Follow up with clients to close deals and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems.
• Provide post-license support including amendments, renewals, and compliance guidance.

Mandatory Requirements

• 0- 2 years experience in UAE business setup consultancy
• Proven experience in business setup sales / Banking, Credit Cards Sales is a plus
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to explain UAE regulations, costs, timelines, and compliance requirements clearly.
• Target-driven mindset with documented sales performance
