Business Solutions Accountant

Bryson Accounting & Tax Service, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Business Solutions Accountant to support our accounting and tax clients through bookkeeping, payroll processing, and tax preparation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with clients, staying organized, and delivering accurate financial work.
Key Responsibilities
Perform bookkeeping data entry and account reconciliations in QuickBooks
Process payroll, set up payroll deposits, and file payroll tax returns
Assist with sales tax filings and income tax return preparation
Prepare income and expense summaries for clients
Communicate with clients to gather information, provide updates, and answer questions
Assist with administrative and general office tasks as needed
Support client account renewals and service updates
Maintain confidentiality and follow company paperless systems
Qualifications
Basic accounting knowledge with tax familiarity
QuickBooks experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organization
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Strong communication and customer service skills
Team-oriented with a proactive attitude
