Business Solutions Specialist

  • Provide exceptional customer service and operational support for the Bank’s Business Digital Banking clients, mobile banking, payments/transfers platforms, remote deposit capture and cash management.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of all digital banking products and features and effectively communicate benefits to customers and staff.
  • Answer phone calls received from internal staff and customers and perform steps to provide a resolution for our Business Digital Banking clients.
  • Promote a positive and collaborative environment that supports teamwork.
  • Tier 2 troubleshooting of all issues related to our Business Digital Banking products and services.
  • Review, monitor, and process a variety of digital banking reports, transactions, applications, as well as ongoing maintenance requests.
  • Resolve tickets within the Digital Banking support ticketing system.
  • Process and set up of Business Digital Banking and Cash Management applications.
  • Provide onboarding and ongoing client education and navigational support following the setup of Business Digital Banking services to support client adoption.
  • Collaborate with Business Relationship Officers, Commercial/Ag Loan Officers, and Retail Banking staff to assist and meet with customers to perform Annual reviews of Business Digital Banking customers including ACH, RDC, Wire and Positive Pay services.
  • Remaining knowledgeable about account titles and designations and identifying parties authorized to access account information and perform transactions.
  • Assist with Business Banking user changes, limit increase requests, and other maintenance.
  • Ensure service agreements are completed accurately and electronically filed.
  • Track incomplete or exception applications to ensure timely and complete setup.
  • Works collaboratively with the Business Solutions team to administer and promote all Treasury/Cash Management Services and other products considered Business Solutions, including CDARS and Insured Cash Sweep products.
  • Travel as needed for product installations and maintenance.
  • Assist in the review of fee structures for digital products and make recommendations for changes, including recommendations for process improvements.
  • Create and update procedures related to areas of responsibility.
  • Meet daily deadlines and expectations for productivity and accuracy standards set by management.
  • Maintain current knowledge and consistent compliance with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements as well as knowledge and consistent compliance with other banking regulations and Bank Policies and procedures related to position.
  • Support the Bank’s Mission, Vision and Values.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
