Job Overview:

dynamic B2B Business Development Executive
with proven experience in the
IT and Software Services industry
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing high-value B2B clients through strategic outreach and relationship-building. Candidates will work closely with our marketing and technical teams to deliver customized solutions that align with client goals and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify, research, and target new B2B clients across multiple industries.

Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Generate qualified leads through
LinkedIn outreach, networking, and partnerships

Conduct product demos, solution presentations, and client meetings to address pain points effectively.

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline from initial contact to deal closure.

Negotiate proposals, pricing, and contracts to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical, and product) to create customized IT solutions.

industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings

Required Skills & Qualifications:

of B2B business development, client acquisition, or enterprise sales experience (mandatory).

within the IT/software domain.
