Job Title: B2B Business Development Executive (IT & Software Industry)

Job Overview:

We’re seeking a dynamic B2B Business Development Executive with proven experience in the IT and Software Services industry . The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing high-value B2B clients through strategic outreach and relationship-building. Candidates will work closely with our marketing and technical teams to deliver customized solutions that align with client goals and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, research, and target new B2B clients across multiple industries.
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn outreach, networking, and partnerships .
  • Conduct product demos, solution presentations, and client meetings to address pain points effectively.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline from initial contact to deal closure.
  • Negotiate proposals, pricing, and contracts to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical, and product) to create customized IT solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings .
  • Manage post-sales relationships to support client success, upsells, and renewals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 + years of B2B business development, client acquisition, or enterprise sales experience (mandatory).
  • Proven record in lead generation, deal closing, and client relationship management within the IT/software domain.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools and B2B sales platforms .
  • Strong understanding of software services, SaaS, cloud solutions, or automation technologies .
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with C-level and decision-makers.
  • Ability to clearly convey technical solutions in business terms and demonstrate ROI.
  • Experience working with international clients (U.S., Europe, MENA) is highly preferred.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
