The Business Strategy Analyst is expected to play a key role at the intersection of business strategy and data analytics. This role combines strategic thinking with strong analytical and technical capabilities, enabling the organization to make well-informed decisions. You will support the Strategy Department by evaluating business opportunities, analyzing financial and operational performance, and translating data into clear insights and recommendations for leadership.
Job Responsibilities:

Ability to work across both the holding company and its subsidiaries.

Support the development and implementation of corporate and business strategies, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders and operating entities within the organization.

Analyze financial statements, business cases, and financial models to assess strategic initiatives and investment prospects.

Identify gaps or inefficiencies in business operations and recommend improvement initiatives.

Contribute to the design and monitoring of strategic KPIs and performance scorecards.

Review and analyze KPIs and performance metrics by creating reporting frameworks, interpreting trends, and presenting recommendations to monitor progress against strategic goals.

Translate business and operational data into actionable insights, supporting decision-making through dashboards and reports (e.g., Power BI).

Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment between strategy, operations, and execution.

Prepare strategic presentations and reports for senior leadership and board-level discussions.

Support scenario planning and forecasting exercises to guide long-term decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, IT, or a related field.

Should have 3–5 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, business planning, or analytical roles, preferably within the Technology/IT sector.

Proficient in data analytics and visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Excel, SQL, or similar).

Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and structured analysis skills.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to link financial and technical insights to strategic outcomes.

Arabic language skills will be an added advantage.
