Business Strategy Consultant

Our company is seeking a Business Strategy Consultant to analyze client businesses and develop data-driven strategies for growth and market development. This role is responsible for conducting market research, financial analysis, and creating strategic plans to improve client productivity and sales. The position reports to the Head of Strategy or Managing Partner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze client business models, market positioning, and financial performance.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop financial projections and models to support strategic recommendations.
• Create comprehensive business strategy plans for client portfolio companies.
• Assess operational processes and recommend improvements for productivity.
• Prepare and present strategic recommendations to clients and senior management.
• Monitor implementation of strategic initiatives and measure outcomes.
• Collaborate with investment teams on due diligence for potential acquisitions.
• Stay current with industry trends and market conditions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven work experience as a Business Strategy Consultant, Management Consultant, or similar role.
• Demonstrable experience in business analysis, market research, and financial modeling.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and create strategic recommendations.
• Proficiency in financial analysis software and business intelligence tools.
• Experience preparing and presenting detailed business reports and strategic plans.
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
