The Role

Business Studies Teacher teaching GCSE and A Level Business Studies, inspiring students to think critically, uphold school values and develop a global perspective of Business.

Contribute to curriculum development, create and deliver inspirational lessons, and facilitate students in achieving outstanding academic results while supporting them for life long learning.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver high-quality lessons across IGCSE and A Level Business Studies.
• Develop schemes of work aligned with British curriculum standards.
• Foster an environment of culture of curiosity, collaboration, and independent thinking.
• Use data effectively to track progress and support student achievement.
• Participate actively in whole-school initiatives, enrichment activities, and CPD.
• Maintain the highest standards of safeguarding and pastoral care.
• Uphold school values.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field.
• PGCE / QTS or similar.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience teaching GCSE and/or A Level Business Studies.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• A passion for entrepreneurship, innovation and student-led learning.
