Position Overview

The Business Support Executive plays a vital role in ensuring seamless administrative and operational support to the team, fostering client relationships, and driving efficiency across the organization. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic real estate environment, possess excellent organizational skills, and have a deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

1. Administrative and Office Management

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a professional and organized workspace.
  • Maintain and organize important documents such as property listings, contracts, and client records.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure timely follow-ups.

2. Client and Stakeholder Communication

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing solutions promptly.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with landlords, tenants, investors, and other stakeholders.
  • Assist in facilitating communication during property negotiations and deal closures

3. Marketing and Listings Support

  • Prepare and update property listings on multiple online and offline platforms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and social media content.
  • Maintain a database of leads and follow up with potential clients to generate interest in listed properties.

4. Operations and Reporting

  • Track and analyze key performance metrics, including property inquiries and deal closures.
  • Support financial operations, including invoices, payment follow-ups, and preparation of financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with Dubai real estate regulations and internal company policies.

5. Sales and Agent Support

  • Assist agents by preparing documents, contracts, and materials for property viewings and negotiations.
  • Conduct market research to provide insights into property trends and competitive pricing.
  • Coordinate communication between sales agents and the management team.

6. Technology and System Management

  • Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system to ensure accurate records of client interactions.
  • Train staff on real estate software and tools as needed.

7. Event and Project Management

  • Organize property open houses and site visits to enhance customer engagement.
  • Plan and execute corporate events, including property launches and investor meetings.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
