Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Business Support Executive to assist the Admin & IT Department in ensuring smooth operational, administrative, and communication processes. The ideal candidate will provide cross-functional support that includes administrative management, IT coordination, and external client communication – particularly through outbound calls and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Admin & IT Department.
  • Coordinate and track procurement, maintenance, and inventory of office equipment and IT assets.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees, including account setup, system access, and workspace preparation.
  • Monitor IT service requests, ensuring timely resolution in coordination with the IT support team.
  • Support in maintaining company databases, shared drives, and document management systems.
  • Ensure adherence to administrative policies, security protocols, and IT usage guidelines.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and documenting department activities.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, partners, and clients for service-related communications and updates.
  • Conduct cold calling and client follow-ups to introduce company services, gather information, and maintain professional client relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve administrative and technical workflows.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and data security at all times.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or IT (BBA/MBA/BS-IT).
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in administrative, IT coordination, or client engagement roles.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Basic understanding of IT systems, networks, and troubleshooting processes.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette for client interactions and cold calling.
  • Strong interpersonal, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Technical aptitude combined with a customer-focused mindset
