Role Overview

Location: Hybrid – Dubai or Abu Dhabi

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organised Business Support & Operations Coordinator to play a pivotal role at the centre of our growing consultancy. Working closely with senior leadership, this position combines executive support, business development coordination, marketing delivery and operational oversight.

You will help drive commercial growth initiatives, strengthen ZRC’s brand presence and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of internal operations. This is a highly varied role suited to someone proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable working within a fast-paced, high-performance consulting environment.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, thrives in a “roll-up-your-sleeves” culture and wants to make a tangible impact within a scaling advisory firm.

Key Responsibilities

Executive & Operational Support

· Manage senior leadership diaries, inboxes and scheduling of internal and external meetings.

· Coordinate complex travel logistics including flights, visas, accommodation and executive arrangements.

· Support core business operations including document management, expense tracking, supplier coordination and award submissions.

· Maintain accurate timesheets using MyHours.

· Prepare high-quality presentations, proposals and professional documentation.

· Provide flexible operational support across evolving business needs.

Business Development & Marketing

· Conduct market and prospect research to support strategic client targeting.

· Identify key stakeholders and assist with outreach activities using tools such as Apollo.

· Maintain and update company profiles across supplier portals and procurement platforms.

· Monitor supplier portals for opportunities and coordinate registrations.

· Prepare weekly commercial and operational reporting packs for senior management.

· Support development of targeted marketing campaigns aimed at blue-chip organisations.

· Create and maintain professional client-facing proposals and presentation materials.

· Manage digital content across LinkedIn, X and the company website.

· Maintain and continuously update the website to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.

· Plan and execute content calendars aligned with business objectives.

· Design branded visual assets using Canva.

· Support brand growth through consistent and engaging digital storytelling.

· Arrange meetings and coordinate follow-ups with prospective clients.

Recruitment & Talent Coordination

· Support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including advertising roles, screening applicants and coordinating interviews.

· Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records.

· Manage candidate pipelines via platforms such as Indeed.

· Format CVs and prepare professional candidate profiles for client submissions.

Skills & Qualifications

· Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.

· Demonstrable experience supporting senior stakeholders within consulting or professional services.

· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

· Confident using Canva and digital content tools.

· Highly organised with strong multitasking and prioritisation skills.

· Able to work independently, take ownership and manage competing priorities.

· Professional, discreet and trustworthy when handling confidential information.

· Experience within a high-growth consultancy or advisory environment is advantageous.

· Willingness to undergo enhanced background checks where required.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
