Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Business Support Sales Executive to manage on-ground sales activities, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to business growth. The role involves regular field visits, lead generation, client engagement, and achieving monthly sales targets while ensuring smooth support throughout the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit potential customers/clients as per the daily field plan
- Generate leads through field visits, local outreach, and referrals
- Present product/service details clearly and professionally to prospects
- Convert leads into successful sales and meet monthly revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and local networks
- Conduct promotional activities such as distributing brochures, posters, and field marketing materials
- Collect customer feedback and share insights to support business improvements
- Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, conversions, and customer interactions in the CRM
- Participate in field campaigns, events, and exhibitions to increase visibility
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales performance reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred, not mandatory)
- 0–3 years of experience in field sales, outreach, or marketing
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage field travel effectively
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and disciplined in follow-ups
- Willingness to travel extensively as part of the role
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and digital communication platforms is an advantage

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
