Job Description:

Eisen is seeking a motivated Business Support Specialist to join our R&D facility in Lansing. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in logistics, supervision, or operations who are looking to grow in a structured, professional environment. The role is designed for someone who enjoys balancing administrative responsibilities with business development and client support.



As a Business Support Specialist, you will work closely with the General Manager to support daily operations, manage client communications, and help ensure business processes run effectively. Success in this role requires integrity, organization, and the ability to multi-task.


Job Type:

  • Full Time
  • Part Time (available)

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of college or 4 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong commitment to ethics, integrity, and compliance with structured business processes and company policies
  • Client communication experience growing customer base using phone and email
  • Order processing experience including inventory, shipping receiving, packaging and logistics requirements
  • Experience with any modern ERP or order processing software
  • Experience maintaining a professional and organized office environment
  • Experience troubleshooting simple issues with office computers and printers
  • Professional references required

Skills Required:

  • Ability to retain details with solid time management skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Good note taking practice and comfortable with numbers
  • Ability to work quickly and independently to provide results within allotted time
  • Ability to get on the phone to expedite resolutions
  • Office software
  • Business development calls and client communications
  • Ability to lift 30 Lb boxes and use material handling equipment
  • Tradeshow representation helpful but not required
