Reporting to the Director, Global Systems, the Business Systems Analysis Manager is responsible for translating business needs into clear, actionable system requirements and ensuring high‑quality solution delivery across ChemTreat’s applications and business processes. This role oversees the full lifecycle of business requirements gathering, business process documentation, testing strategy, and quality assurance to ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and aligned with organizational goals.



This position is part of the IT organization and will be on-site at our Glen Allen, VA office.


In This Role, a Typical Day Will Look Like:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Business Systems Analysts while establishing best practices in requirements documentation, testing, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Oversee requirements gathering, functional design documentation, and process mapping to support business and system improvements.

  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops with stakeholders to define current and future state processes and ensure requirements alignment.

  • Lead QA and testing activities including System Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and regression testing.

  • Manage change management processes, release readiness, and deployment validation across system updates.

  • Serve as the primary liaison between business teams, technical teams, and external partners to ensure clear communication and solution alignment.

  • Partner with vendors, consultants, and ISVs to support ERP enhancements, integrations, and issue resolution.

  • Support compliance activities including SOX and ITGC requirements, ensuring adherence to internal controls and audit standards.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on process efficiency, system adoption, and operational excellence.

  • Oversee training materials, documentation, and change readiness efforts to support business adoption of new functionality.


Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on technical experience).

  • 5–7+ years of experience working with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

  • Minimum 3 years of people leadership experience managing Business Systems Analysts or similar technical/functional teams.

  • Demonstrated experience with business requirements gathering, functional design documentation, and process mapping.

  • Proven experience leading system testing activities including System Testing, User Acceptance Testing, and regression testing.

  • Experience collaborating with third-party vendors, consultants, or ISVs on ERP enhancements or integrations.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with SQL or advanced analytical tools.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $150,000 - $160,000 USD per year.

We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
