Reports to: Director of Business Intelligence
Location: Cincinnati, OH (Hybrid: 3 days in-office / 2 remote)

Role Overview

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a hands-on operator to own our Microsoft 365 business applications.

This role is responsible for ensuring our systems are not only maintained but actively improving how our sales, marketing, and operations teams work. You will work closely with the Director of Business Intelligence to improve how our sales, marketing, and operations teams use data and systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support administration of our CRM platform (Microsoft Dynamics 365) and Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint)
  • Maintain and improve data integrity, accuracy, and consistency within CRM
  • Manage data imports, cleanup, and validation processes
  • Assist sales and marketing teams with CRM usage, reporting, and campaign execution
  • Lead user onboarding and training across CRM, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and reduce manual processes
  • Assist in building basic automations using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
  • Help audit and document workflows to ensure consistency and scalability
  • Support reporting and dashboard creation for business insights

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience working with a CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred) Foundational understanding of data management and data quality principles
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Teams, SharePoint)
  • Exposure to or basic experience with Microsoft Power Platform is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage data accurately
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns or issues in data
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Willingness to learn, take ownership, and grow in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting sales or marketing teams

Exposure to marketing automation tools (ClickDimensions or similar)

Basic understanding of reporting tools (Power BI or similar)
