Overview
Dave Wilson Nursery is seeking an ERP & Business Systems Analyst to support the modernization of our operational systems during a major ERP and business systems transformation. This role bridges business operations and technology, partnering with teams across production, inventory, sales, and administration to improve workflows, migrate data from legacy applications, and build reporting and automation tools using Microsoft technologies.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and systems skills with a practical, hands-on approach to solving operational problems. Experience modernizing legacy or highly customized business processes is highly valued. This is an opportunity to play a key role in transforming how data and systems support one of the country’s leading nursery operations.

- Write and maintain SQL against SQL Server and related databases to migrate, transform, and validate data moving off legacy systems
- Plan and execute data migrations from legacy applications, including mapping, cleansing, cutover, and reconciliation

- Systems Integration
- Support integrations between ERP and adjacent systems, including:
- APIs and web services
- EDI connections with customers and vendors
- Label, barcode, and printing systems
- Handhelds and other devices used in the yard and shipping
- Prepare detailed specifications from which integrations and reports can be built or modified
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to scope, test, and deploy integrations
