Your Purpose

As the Business Solutions Architect – Enterprise Applications, you'll own the health, stability, and continuous improvement of Dynamic's enterprise-wide business platforms.

You'll ensure systems such as ERP, CRM, financial platforms, and reporting tools are reliable, well-governed, and delivering real business value—partnering closely with Finance, Sales, Operations, and Technology teams.

Your work will help simplify complexity, improve decision-making, and ensure the systems that run the business are scalable, efficient, and ready for what's next.

What You'll Do

  • Own day-to-day stability and performance of enterprise applications including ERP, CRM, financial systems, and reporting platforms
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for application support, configuration, access, and issue resolution
  • Manage and resolve tickets related to system issues, integrations, data concerns, and user support
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for enhancements and process improvements
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and user experience
  • Support testing, deployment, and adoption of system updates and enhancements
  • Maintain system documentation, governance standards, and change management practices
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support reporting, analytics, and enterprise initiatives

What You Bring (Briefcase)

  • Associate degree in computer science, management information systems, or a business-related field
(Additional relevant experience will be considered in lieu of formal education)
  • 1–3 years of experience supporting or maintaining enterprise business applications
  • Experience working with ERP, CRM, financial systems, or enterprise reporting tools
  • Preferred: Exposure to Power BI, Power Platform, low-code tools, or analytics environments

Skills & Strengths (Head)

  • Strong understanding of enterprise application workflows and lifecycle management
  • Working knowledge of integrations, data flows, and relational databases
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Clear communicator across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Comfortable prioritizing work in a ticket-based support environment

❤️ Who You Are (Heart)

You're thoughtful, curious, and steady under ambiguity. You enjoy connecting the dots across teams and systems, turning business needs into practical solutions that scale. You value clarity, collaboration, and continuous improvement—and you take pride in building systems people actually enjoy using (or at least don't complain about in meetings).
