Business Systems Analyst / ERP Specialist (DEACOM Expert)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Systems professional with deep expertise in the DEACOM ERP platform. This role is critical in supporting, optimizing, and expanding the use of DEACOM across core business functions, including manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, finance, and operations.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on configuration, implementation, and support experience within DEACOM and a strong understanding of integrated ERP environments in a regulated or process-driven industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for DEACOM ERP across business units
  • Configure, maintain, and optimize DEACOM modules (inventory, production, purchasing, financials, CRM, etc.)
  • Translate business requirements into system solutions within DEACOM
  • Support end users with troubleshooting, training, and process improvement
  • Lead or support ERP upgrades, enhancements, and system integrations
  • Partner with finance, operations, and supply chain teams to improve workflows
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, SOPs, and process maps
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve data integrity
  • Work with vendors or consultants as needed for advanced system development or issue resolution

Required Qualifications

  • 3–7+ years of hands-on experience with DEACOM ERP (implementation, administration, or advanced user support required)
  • Strong understanding of ERP business processes (manufacturing, inventory control, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay)
  • Experience configuring ERP modules and supporting cross-functional users
  • Ability to troubleshoot system issues and translate technical concepts into business language
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with reporting tools and data extraction within ERP systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in manufacturing, distribution, food/beverage, or regulated industries
  • Exposure to SQL or database reporting tools
  • Experience supporting ERP integrations (CRM, WMS, accounting systems)
  • Prior involvement in ERP implementation or migration projects
  • DEACOM certification or formal training (if applicable)
