Job Title: Business Systems Analyst – Infor CloudSuite

Role Summary

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst with hands-on experience in Infor CloudSuite to support configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver stable operations, system improvements, and upgrade support while ensuring business continuity across Operations, Warehouse, Procurement, and other ERP-dependent functions.

Key Responsibilities

ERP Configuration & Deployment

• Assist in the configuration, testing, and deployment of Infor CloudSuite modules.
• Support setup, validation, and rollout of ERP enhancements and projects.
• Participate in system design discussions and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Contribute to Monthly Cumulative Upgrades (CUs) and patch releases.

Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Support

• Manage access requests, incident resolution, service requests, and enhancements.
• Provide Level 2/3 support for ERP-related issues.
• Ensure timely resolution of production defects and functional issues.
• Maintain system stability and performance across ERP environments.

Integration, Reporting & Data Management

• Support data migration and system integration activities.
• Troubleshoot integrations and ERP-related reports.
• Assist in development and optimization of custom reports.
• Utilize SQL querying skills for data validation and analysis.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Operations, Warehouse, Procurement, Finance, and other stakeholders.
• Partner with business analysts and functional leads to gather requirements.
• Translate functional requirements into system configurations.
• Support ERP ancillary applications as required.

Documentation & Governance

• Prepare technical specifications and configuration documentation.
• Develop SOPs, process documentation, and user guides.
• Maintain change logs and system documentation.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance and audit standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with Infor CloudSuite ERP.
• Experience handling O&M activities (Access Requests, Incidents, Enhancements).
• Knowledge of SQL querying.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of additional Infor modules such as FSM and ION.
• Experience supporting integrations and reporting frameworks.
• Exposure to ERP upgrades and patch management cycles.
• Understanding of data migration methodologies.

Pay: ₹531,061.86 - ₹1,782,002.14 per year
