Business Systems Analyst
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Systems Analyst to join our team. As a Business Systems Analyst at 360training, you will work closely with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications, supporting our mission to provide top-tier online training solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering and Analysis:

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements.

Conduct thorough analysis to ensure a clear understanding of business needs and objectives.

Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for the development team.

Process Improvement:

Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.

Recommend and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Develop and maintain process documentation and workflow diagrams.

Support Project Management:

Assist in project planning, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.

Work with project managers to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.

Track project progress and report on milestones and deliverables.

Stakeholder Communication:

Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technology team.

Facilitate clear and effective communication to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations.

Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and outcomes.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related role. Experience in the e-learning or regulated training industry is a plus.
