Business Systems Analyst, Workday

Our client, a global financial services and digital payments company, is seeking a Business Systems Analyst, Workday, to partner with our client's Workday Operations team and drive excellence in their HR systems infrastructure. Reporting to the Workday Platform Lead, you'll be instrumental in scaling our people systems to support the client's continued global growth.

This is a remote, 3-month contract with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs. Candidates must be able to work in the USA, and not hold H1B Visa status. The hourly rate is $48.28, W2 + paid holidays through Talent Table. No Corp-to-Corp.

Impact You’ll Make:

Systems Enhancement

  • Identify trends through data, conduct analysis, and propose and implement systematic operations solutions across several People data-related matters and processes.


Workday Excellence

  • Design and maintain custom dashboards supporting global People teams ' initiatives.
  • Manage complex data operations including EIBs, mass uploads, and cross-system integrations.
  • Analyze and optimize business processes to enhance operational efficiency.


Security & Compliance

  • Assist Functional Configuration with optimizing Workday security architecture, ensuring robust role-based access controls.
  • Maintain compliance standards across global operations.
  • Implement and monitor segregation of duties.


Global Collaboration

  • Partner with teams across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas to deliver cohesive solutions.


What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of HR operations experience with emphasis on systems, mass transactional operations, and project management.
  • Proven Workday expertise including:
    • Custom report development and analytics.
    • EIB creation and management.
    • Security group administration.
    • Business process configuration.
  • Track record of implementing scalable, compliant processes in global organizations.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent initiatives.

  • Technical Acumen – Deep understanding of HRIS systems, particularly Workday.
  • Problem Solving – Expert troubleshooting abilities with a focus on root cause analysis.
  • Communication – Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

  • Global Mindset – Experience working across time zones and cultural contexts.
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience and/or some college education.
