Live Lion Security is looking for a Business Systems Architect & AI Automation Lead to help build the internal technology foundation for our next stage of growth.
This is a senior hybrid role combining Salesforce architecture, business systems, automation, AI tools, integrations, and operational workflow design.
Salesforce will be the core operating system, but this is not just a Salesforce role. We need someone who can understand how the business works, design better systems, build practical automations, and help us use AI and agentic workflows across lead generation, sales, onboarding, installation, monitoring, billing, customer success, and reporting.
We are not looking for a basic Salesforce admin. We are looking for someone technical, business-minded, and hands-on who can turn messy operational processes into clean, scalable systems.
About Live Lion Security
Live Lion Security provides remote video monitoring, virtual doorman services, and security solutions for construction sites, residential properties, commercial properties, warehouses, and other facilities.
We combine live monitoring agents, camera systems, AI analytics, and customer communication workflows to help protect properties and improve operational visibility.
As we grow, we are building a centralized operating system across the company. This role will be responsible for helping design, build, and manage that system.
Responsibilities
Build and upgrade Salesforce from our current setup into a more robust company-wide operating system.
Design Salesforce structures for accounts, contacts, opportunities, sites, partners, onboarding, installation, monitoring, billing, customer success, and reporting.
Create and manage Salesforce objects, fields, flows, automations, reports, dashboards, permissions, layouts, and data relationships.
Help connect Salesforce with tools such as Apollo, Smartlead, QuickBooks, Slack, Google Workspace, email, customer communication tools, and other business systems.
Build AI-assisted and agentic workflows across lead generation, sales, onboarding, monitoring, billing, reporting, and operations.
Help sales and lead generation teams use AI for prospect research, enrichment, outbound messaging, follow-up, proposal support, and pipeline management.
Help operations use AI for onboarding checklists, task routing, SOP creation, customer communication, alert summaries, issue tracking, and reporting.
Map current business processes and convert them into cleaner workflows, automations, dashboards, and operating procedures.
Build systems that reduce manual follow-up, scattered spreadsheets, disconnected messages, and inconsistent processes.
Create dashboards that give leadership visibility into sales, onboarding, active sites, billing status, monitoring setup, and operational bottlenecks.
Maintain clean data and create standards for how teams use Salesforce, AI tools, and automation platforms.
Coordinate with outside developers, consultants, or vendors when deeper technical work is required.
What We Are Looking For
Advanced Salesforce administration or Salesforce architecture experience.
Experience building or significantly improving a Salesforce environment.
Strong understanding of Salesforce objects, flows, reports, dashboards, permissions, layouts, and data structure.
Comfort with AI tools, automation tools, integrations, APIs, webhooks, and low-code/no-code platforms.
Ability to understand business workflows and translate them into working systems.
Experience with lead generation, sales operations, business operations, customer success, finance, or service-based workflows.
Ability to work directly with leadership and department heads.
Strong problem-solving skills and high ownership.
Comfortable building systems in a growing company where processes are still being developed.
Strong Plus
Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Consultant, Architect, or Developer certification.
Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, custom Salesforce development, or API-based integrations.
Experience with Apollo, Smartlead, QuickBooks, Slack, Zapier, Make, HubSpot, Asana, Google Workspace, or similar platforms.
Experience building AI-assisted or agentic workflows.
Experience in security, construction, property management, SaaS, field services, operations, or a similar industry.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is technical enough to build, strategic enough to design, and practical enough to make systems work in the real world.
This person should be able to understand the business problem, decide whether the solution belongs in Salesforce, an automation tool, an AI workflow, an integration, a dashboard, or a new process, and then help make it happen.
Success in This Role Looks Like
Salesforce becomes the central operating system for the company.
AI and automation are used practically across lead generation, sales, onboarding, monitoring, billing, reporting, and operations.
Leadership has accurate dashboards and real visibility into the business.
Teams rely less on spreadsheets, emails, WhatsApp messages, and manual reminders.
Processes become cleaner, more automated, better documented, and easier to scale.
