Business Systems Associate (Trainee)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated BCom graduate to join our Business Systems team. The selected candidate will be trained to understand accounting workflows, inventory systems, and business automation processes, and will assist in training and supporting our corporate clients.

This is a long-term growth opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in ERP, business consulting, and systems implementation.

Requirements:

• BCom (Mandatory) or equivalent degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or Business Administration from a recognized university
• Minimum 4+ GPA or First Division equivalent
• Graduate from a recognized university
• 1–2 years experience in accounting, ERP, audit, or business operations preferred
• Strong understanding of accounting concepts (journal entries, trial balance, P&L, balance sheet)
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
• Strong MS Excel skills
• Confident personality with client interaction ability
• Willingness to learn and grow in business systems & ERP domain
