The Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail oriented Business Systems & Data Analyst to support data driven decision making across the organization.

The Business Systems & Data Analyst combines business analytics, data analytics, reporting, business systems administration, project management support, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with Operations, Production, Sales, Accounting, and R&D to ensure business data is accurate, meaningful, and transformed into actionable insights.

This Business Systems & Data Analyst position offers the opportunity to influence company strategy while improving reporting, business systems, operational efficiency, and overall business performance.

What You Will Do

As our Business Systems & Data Analyst, you will:

• Develop and maintain Microsoft Power BI dashboards and business intelligence reports.
• Analyze operational, inventory, labor, production, crop, and sales data.
• Develop KPIs and business reporting tools.
• Maintain data integrity across multiple business systems.
• Manage product master data and support distributor item accuracy.
• Support Smartsheet project management and company initiatives.
• Support R&D projects through data collection and business analysis.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement through business analytics and data driven insights.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to improve business systems and operational performance.

What You Will Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience as a Business Systems & Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or in a similar analytics role.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience developing reports in Microsoft Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non technical audiences.
• Experience working with ERP systems is preferred.
• Experience with SQL, Python, Smartsheet, Microsoft Power Platform, or similar business tools is a plus.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
