Experience

Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Technology Consultant is required.

Candidates must demonstrate a proven track record of managing projects through the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and delivering high-quality business requirements and solution designs in fast-paced corporate environments.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the elicitation and documentation of detailed business requirements (BRD), functional requirements (FRD), and software requirement specifications (SRS).

Act as the primary liaison between business units and technical teams to oversee solution design, manage project timelines using Agile/Scrum methodologies, and coordinate comprehensive SIT and UAT phases to ensure delivery excellence.
Required Skills

Expertise in solution design and business analysis is essential, alongside proficiency in Project Management frameworks such as Agile and Scrum.

Technical proficiency in documenting system flows and managing UAT/SIT cycles is required.

Soft skills must include executive communication, stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Education & Certification

A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution is required, preferably in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

Additional certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master (CSM), or CBAP are highly valued but not mandatory.
Additional Requirements

Strong familiarity with enterprise-level project management software and requirements management tools.

Experience in business process re-engineering and a deep understanding of cloud-based architecture or API integration projects would be considered a significant advantage.
