This is a W-2 position with weekly pay and uncapped commission potential.

Compensation

On-track earnings: $52,000–$73,000+ annually

What You’ll Do

Lead by example in B2B client interactions and professional sales presentations
Identify and connect with local businesses and decision-makers
Present products and services through a consultative sales approach
Build and maintain long-term relationships with business clients
Assist with training and mentoring entry-level sales representatives
Support daily sales goals, pipeline development, and team metrics
Maintain strong knowledge of client services, pricing, and promotions
Track activity and help implement strategies to improve performance
