We are hiring a AT&T B2B Team Member to support business-to-business (B2B) sales operations and client development. This role is ideal for someone with sales or customer-facing experience who is ready to step into a leadership-focused position while continuing to drive personal performance.

This is a W-2 position with weekly pay and uncapped commission potential.

Compensation

• On-track earnings: $52,000–$73,000+ annually

What You’ll Do

• Lead by example in B2B client interactions and professional sales presentations
• Identify and connect with local businesses and decision-makers
• Present products and services through a consultative sales approach
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with business clients
• Assist with training and mentoring entry-level sales representatives
• Support daily sales goals, pipeline development, and team metrics
• Maintain strong knowledge of client services, pricing, and promotions
• Track activity and help implement strategies to improve performance
