Business Transformation Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Expert – Strategy & Transformation to join a leading UAE organization and play a pivotal role in shaping and executing high-impact strategic initiatives and transformation programs across the enterprise.

This position calls for a professional who combines strategic foresight, operational excellence, and strong leadership to deliver measurable business outcomes and advance the organization’s long-term objectives.

The Expert – Strategy & Transformation will be responsible for designing and executing transformation roadmaps , identifying growth and optimization opportunities, and providing data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency, elevate customer experience, and accelerate digital transformation efforts across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage transformation roadmaps aligned with strategic priorities.
• Conduct industry analysis and design business cases with ROI justification.
• Lead digital and operational excellence initiatives using Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma.
• Establish KPIs and monitor progress of transformation programs.
• Advise leadership through executive presentations and strategic insights.
• Drive change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, or Engineering (MBA preferred).
• 10–14 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, or transformation roles.
• Proven success in leading large-scale transformation initiatives .
• Strong exposure to data-driven decision-making and C-suite advisory .
• Preferred certifications: PMP/PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma, Prosci/ADKAR .
• Experience within transportation, logistics, or public sector organizations is an advantage.
